Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary due to shipping preference, distance from the store, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We strive to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Some orders may require signature upon delivery and Brick & Board Games and Cards is not responsible for returned packages due to failure to sign for delivery. Pre-Order & Mixed Orders: If your order contains both pre-order (pre-release) items and in-stock items, your entire order will be held and shipped together when all items are available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment. To split your order and ship available items sooner, please email brickandboardgames@gmail.com before the pre-order item ships. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
